Chestnut Cottage

The Chestnut Cottage is designed with flexibility in mind. This plan is offered as both a cottage and an attached suite which allows you to choose the best fit for you and your property. We have plus-sized our standard FlexAssist™ Bathroom allowing the inclusion of a large linen closet for additional storage. The standard kitchen is easily accessible in this open floor plan. Oversized windows and a sliding door provide lights of light and brings the outdoors inside. The large transom windows in the cottage plan bring in even more light and add visual impact to this plan. A large overhang provides dry and shaded access to the front door which offers virtually no threshold making access a breeze. Our FlexAssist™ Bathroom can be provided as either a wetA wet bathroom, unlike a typical bathroom, essentially allows the entire bathroom to act as a shower. The water drains directly into the floor. There are no shower walls making it much easier to move around the entire FlexAssist™ Bathroom. The additional appeal is simplicity, the area is much easier to clean because the entire area can be sprayed down. A wet bathroom typically isn’t available with a walk-in tub. or dryA dry bathroom is what is typically found in American bathrooms. The shower is enclosed by a door or curtain. The shower is defined by walls and these walls, along with the enclosure, contain and direct the water. FlexAssist™ Showers feature a curb-less shower area in both the wet or dry versions. bathroom making it completely functional no matter what your needs are!
